OMEA Solo and Ensemble Times

We have received our solo and ensemble times! I have attached the spreadsheet to this post and will also email it. Soloists, don't forget to practice your scales!

Information

• Date/Time

  • February 10th at Pickerington High School North

  • 7800 Refugee Rd, Pickerington, OH 43147

  • Plan to arrive minimum 45 minutes before your event. This will give you time to warm up, practice with your group, and find your performance room.

  • Be in your room one event before you. This will give you a chance to hear the room, listen to the judge, and prepare for your turn.

  • Wait for Mr. Doherty or Mr. Russ before you start, we will have your judges copy!

• Dress

  • You may choose between the options below. You must coordinate with your group.

    • Concert black. All black dress shoes, dress socks, belt, button up shirt or blouse or concert appropriate black dress.

    • Coordinated dress clothes. You may wear any dress clothes of your choosing, but you must look like you are a group. Coordinate colors, level of dress, etc.

  • Items to avoid

    • Jewelry

    • Jeans, cargo pants, sweatpants or athletic clothes

    • Running shoes, sneakers, etc.

• Medals will be available at the event for purchase.
