Time: 10:00am – 4:00pm (arrive between 8:00-9:00am to set up.
Where: Dublin Scioto High School, 4000 Hard Rd., Dublin OH 43016
Why: All money will benefit the Dublin Music Boosters and the Dublin Scioto High School Marching Band students to help pay for Uniforms, Bus transportation, maintain and/or buy instruments, and trips for the students.
Space Rental: $30 for one 6 ft table or $55 for 2 6 ft tables.
We also ask all participating vendors to donate 1 product for the silent auction, $10 minimum retail value.

Spaces will be assigned in the order that forms are received. We will try to accommodate requests. This is our first vendor event and we cannot promise a large foot traffic of customers. Our band is about 115 students. We plan to advertise by placing an ad in the Dublin Villager (according to the website this add will reach approximately 25,000 readers), posting flyers in local businesses, distributing flyer to all Dublin Scioto students and family on record and on the Dublin City Schools Website. We hope to make this an annual event.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ISSUED
If you must cancel you may give away your space to another vendor who sells the same product as you. Please notify us immediately of any changes.
